Job summary

The candidate will design and evaluate courses, deliver workshops on instructional technology, and help transitions to hybrid/online formats while maintaining accessibility and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Three or more years designing online or hybrid courses in an educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with teaching technologies and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty to design, develop, and support courses and programs.
• Provide workshops on instructional technology and pedagogical topics.
• Manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist faculty to convert face-to-face courses to hybrid or online environments.
• Collaborate with departments to evaluate and revise courses to improve learning outcomes.
• Promote best practices in teaching and learning across the university.
