Medical Mutual is seeking an Instructional Designer at multiple levels to design and develop engaging training programs. The role includes creating classroom, online, and blended learning materials and collaborating with subject matter experts to define objectives and content outcomes.

The position emphasizes hands-on development, pilot testing, and ongoing evaluation of learning solutions. A hybrid setup requires three days per week on-site at our Brooklyn, OH office and offers a robust

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, or related field. Equivalent education and experience directly related to the role may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or equivalent designing blended learning solutions, preferably in health insurance or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Develops routine or standardized instructor-led and online program materials including participant materials, leader guides, train the trainer materials, online training courses, and web conferences.
• Works with subject matter experts to design training curriculum including objectives and content designs/storyboards.
• Leads small to medium scale instructional design projects with priorities, progress monitoring, and objective achievement.
