Medical Mutual is seeking an Instructional Designer at multiple levels to design and develop instructor-led and online training programs using proven adult learning methodologies. You will work with SMEs to craft course objectives, content designs, and storyboards and support pilot tests to ensure effectiveness.

The role requires developing materials for various delivery modes, including classroom, online, and blended solutions, and evaluating training impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, or related field. Equivalent education and experience may substitute for a degree.
• 2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or equivalent in blended learning solutions, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
• 3+ years for Instructional Designer III role, with blended learning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops routine to complex instructional materials including leader guides, trainer materials, online courses, and web conferences.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design curricula with objectives and storyboard content.
• Leads projects with defined priorities and monitors progress to meet objectives using project management methods.
• Evaluates the impact and effectiveness of training content and materials.
