Housing in Action in Minneapolis is seeking an Institutional Giving Manager to engage institutional funders, write compelling grant proposals, and deepen philanthropy’s understanding of race, housing, and community development. The role advances funding for programs that serve North Minneapolis, Frogtown, and surrounding communities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of nonprofit development and/or grant writing experience.
• Experience interacting with corporate, foundation, and government donors is required.
• Strong written communication and proposal development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets.
• Attention to detail and effective donor stewardship.

Aufgaben

• Grant writing for proposals, reports, and letters to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with programs to develop project budgets and objectives.
• Provide program data and statistics for grant content.
• Lead prospect research to identify new funding opportunities.
• Maintain grant calendar and ensure timely submissions and reports.
• Prepare year-end giving statements and grant reporting.
