Native Arts + Cultures Foundation in the Portland metro area is seeking an Assistant Director of Institutional Giving to lead research, writing, and submission of grant proposals to private, corporate, and government funders. You will manage a growing grants pipeline and supervise one full-time staff member and consultants.

• 5+ years of nonprofit grant writing and institutional fundraising.
• Experience researching, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals.
• Experience managing grant reporting, compliance, and deliverables.
• 3+ years of federal grants experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience stewarding relationships with funders.
• Ability to translate complex information into compelling proposals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRMs to track grants and deadlines.
• Ability to work across departments and with staff at varying levels.
