Job summary

Mattress Atlanta seeks an Inside Sales & Customer Account Representative to balance outbound development with day-to-day account management and service for wholesale clients.

You will be the primary contact for business accounts, qualify opportunities, process orders, and coordinate with production and shipping to ensure timely fulfillment. This hybrid role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and reliable multitasking.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in inside sales or account management in B2B wholesale/retail.
• Strong communication and listening skills for customer interactions.
• Comfort with pricing, quotes, and basic margin calculations.

Responsibilities

• Outbound business development to prospective commercial and retail accounts via phone and email.
• Manage existing accounts to secure regular reorders and promotions.
• Process and track wholesale orders from intake to dispatch.
• Respond to stock, pricing, order status, and product inquiries.
• Document interactions and pipeline in CRM and tracking sheets.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse to keep orders on schedule.
