Title Resources Group (TRG) is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in the United States. The role focuses on proactively identifying and developing new title insurance business opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, educating prospects on TRG's underwriting solutions, and setting introductions for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of inside sales or lead-generation experience.
• Experience in title insurance, title agency operations, or related industries preferred.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and risk-free lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new title insurance business opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule introductions for Agency Representatives or Sales Leadership.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and CRM records for opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and pipeline growth targets.
