Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, pricing in internal systems, preparing forecasts and reports, and coordinating with Finance for credit management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of inside sales experience in an industrial supplier/manufacturer.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP or related ERP/CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily communication and provide operations support to customers and distributors.
• Support inside sales activities, which includes responding to customer questions.
• Oversee pricing activities within internal systems.
• Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and sales reports.
• Assist with credit management activities and coordinate with finance and accounting teams.
• Support monthly sales reporting and forecasting.
