Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist to provide essential sales and operational support to customers and distributors in a hybrid role at a global plastics manufacturer in Farmington Hills, MI. The position collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to keep data accurate and processes efficient.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in related roles, and solid knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
2+ years of inside sales, sales support, sales operations, distributor/customer support, data management or related commercial function.
Experience with CRM and/or ERP platforms, Salesforce and SAP preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to customers and distributors.
Assist inside sales with inquiries and follow-ups with sales and internal teams.
Prepare, maintain and analyze sales forecasts, reports and commercial data.
