Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our SHI channel and wholesale services. This role serves as the backbone of the sales process, managing opportunities, coordinating customer and partner engagements, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely follow-up in a high-volume pipeline.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working with sales, technical, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years inside sales or related experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound requests from SHI sales teams and partner channels.
• Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce.
• Ensure opportunities contain accurate forecasts, next steps, close dates, and activity history.
• Track opportunity progression and proactively identify stalled deals.
• Support pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy.
