Job summary

Experitec, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer for a hybrid role in Bartlett, TN. You will engage with end-users and consulting engineers, size and quote flow control solutions, and manage follow-ups from proposal to purchase order.

The role emphasizes customer outcomes, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers and service teams. Hybrid schedule offered after initial training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years of industrial or technical work experience.
• One+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bartlett, TN from 8am-5pm with potential hybrid after training.
• Ability to travel domestically and rent a car for work travel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with end-users and consulting engineers to determine requirements for applications.
• Size and quote flow control and pressure management solutions.
• Follow up with customers on status, discuss purchasing, and PO issuance reasons.
• Process incoming purchase orders for assigned and unassigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments to deliver a superior customer experience.
