Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing quotes with field sales, pricing, and product managers.
• Review plans/specifications to determine BOM, price level, and shipment cycle.
• Proactively resolve customer issues using available resources.
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns, including shipping/service requests.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
• Maintain high-level commercial relations with customers through salesmanship, application engineering, and product knowledge.
