Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Boothwyn, PA; Franklin, MA; Hanover, MD; Moon Township, PA or Mountainside, NJ.

The role combines technical product support, sales activities and project management for power distribution and protection solutions, servicing distributors and customers across multiple market segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Boothwyn, PA; Franklin, MA; Hanover, MD; Moon Township, PA or Mountainside, NJ to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support management, outside sales engineers and customers in providing effective solutions to technical, service and commercial issues.
• Sell assigned product lines to targeted customers in designated geography or industry to optimize sales volume and profit margin.
• Provide technical product support for distributors and other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns, including shipping issues or service requests.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
