Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and set appointments for in-home consultations. The role emphasizes selling value, overcoming objections, and meeting daily call/appointment targets in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day work-from-home weekly, and a supportive, team‑oriented culture that values development and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year of experience in a sales focused call center.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced goal-focused environment.
• Strong active listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to sell value of appointments and overcome objections.
• Ability to work at 7-day operational call center with rotating schedule:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM (WFH)

Responsibilities

• 200 outbound calls per day & 15 inbound calls.
• 10 appointments set per day.
• Hybrid work environment (1 WFH day weekly).
• Coachability and drive for continued success.
