Purple is a digitally-native brand focused on comfort solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will provide a consultative approach across inbound and outbound channels and work to meet key performance metrics. You will apply our Sales Methodology, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy team culture.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience recommended; contact center experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, order processing systems, and customer engagement tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with mattress/sleep products is helpful.
• Strong sales skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Drive incremental sales through inbound (and some outbound) channels.
• Engage with customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels.
• Apply Purple's sales methodology to create an engaging customer experience.
• Walk customers up the buying ladder and provide a premium Purple experience.
• Provide detailed notes for each customer interaction and maintain KPI targets.
• Attend trainings and team meetings as needed.
