Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 8+ years of professional experience in operations, including 7 years leading large enterprise projects.
• Experience coordinating business and technology partners across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the PI Unified Ecosystem initiative from assessment through implementation with actionable project plans.
• Builds consensus across business and technology workstreams and drives cross-functional execution.
• Establishes milestones, risks, decisions, and recovery plans to move payment integrity solutions forward.
• Communicates program health with data-driven status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Maintains an end-to-end roadmap enabling informed prioritization and alignment.
