Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity to analyze and drive opportunities to standardize and streamline end-to-end processes.

The role strengthens operating strategy, roadmap visibility, and cross-functional alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners. Hybrid/onsite work is required with time in the office and flexible virtual work.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 8+ years of professional experience leading large enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience in chief of staff, enterprise strategy, or transformation leadership preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for clear updates and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader to improve end-to-end processes for providers and members.
• Connects dots across matrixed organizations within Payment Integrity and enterprise partners.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment to implementation with governance and controls.
• Builds consensus across functional areas and defines internal/external best practices.
• Creates visibility into priorities, budgets, capacity plans, and release schedules for leadership.
• Plans and manages rhythm of business including executive reviews and all-hands meetings.
• Articulates roadmap status, risks, and decisions to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Maintains an end-to-end Payment Integrity roadmap to prioritize high-value work.
