Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP seeks an Information Governance Data Analyst in New York. You will maintain the Records Management Application (RMA), manage both physical and electronic records, and ensure data integrity across governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• 7–10 years in records management or information governance, preferably in a legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of information governance principles, privacy and data security.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to authority on IRM and liaison between IT and Records-IG.
• Enhance data clarity and drive RMA performance through improvements.
• Provide training and support to the Records Operations team.
• Maintain data integrity and perform data cleanup tasks with precision.
• Plan migration of legacy data to the RMA.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff at all levels.
• Track legal holds in iManage Records Manager.
• Develop firm-wide standard processes for RMA data.
• Evaluate enhancements and new software; recommend changes.
• Extract data for reports; prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
