Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Irvine, CA for a seasonal, in‑office role. You will recruit, screen, and onboard talent for industrial and manufacturing clients, building pipelines and coordinating with hiring teams.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-site support for local Irvine market. You should bring experience in recruiting or staffing, comfort with high-volume workflows, and solid CRM/ATS skills.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong computer skills, including CRM/ATS or recruiting technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for industrial, manufacturing, production, warehouse, and light industrial positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing client hiring needs.
• Utilize job boards, CRM and ATS platforms, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage onboarding activities including background screenings, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Do

As a Field Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent for industrial and manufacturing clients throughout the Irvine market. The anticipated salary rate for this position is $70,304. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
