Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Tax Associate to support indirect tax and compliance activities across multiple states. The role emphasizes sales and use tax, with additional support for property tax and business licenses, partnering with Finance, IT, and business teams.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to research complex tax issues, and to manage recurring deadlines while strengthening processes and controls. Hybrid work arrangement includes four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of indirect tax experience; corporate tax exposure preferred.
• Experience with multi-state sales/use tax compliance; property tax & business licensing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/use tax returns.
• Maintain tax configurations and rules in ERP and tax systems; monitor tax calculations and reporting.
• Research taxability and jurisdictional requirements; manage exemption certificates and inquiries.
