Job summary

Coastal Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks an Indirect Processor to review, validate, and finalize auto loan packages within our indirect lending network. You will verify documents, fund loans in the LOS, and balance daily activity while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

You will also collaborate with dealers and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth funding experience from application to funding.

Qualifications

• Three years of consumer lending experience; indirect lending preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience with Meridian Link, Episys and/or Synapsis.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate auto loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Verify borrower identification, income stipulations, and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure files meet funding standards.
• Maintain adherence to procedures, compliance, audits and quality standards.
• Support fraud prevention by recognizing patterns and reporting issues.
• Fund approved loans in LOS within SLAs; ensure accurate system inputs.
• Prioritize workload to meet turnaround times and reconcile daily funding.
• Communicate with dealers and internal teams to clarify requirements and support funding.
