Coastal Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks an Indirect Processor to review, validate, and finalize auto loan packages within our indirect lending network. You will verify documents, fund loans in the LOS, and balance daily activity while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
You will also collaborate with dealers and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth funding experience from application to funding.

Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid role - must live locally.
The Indirect Processor plays a critical role in reviewing, validating, and finalizing auto loan packages submitted through Coastal's indirect lending network. This role verifies loan documents and identification, completes required file updates, funds loans within Coastal's loan origination system, and manages daily balancing activities. The processor also collaborates with our indirect partners and members by communicating clearly, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive lending experience from application to funding.
