Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience minimum; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to meet quotas and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within required states.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain policy information.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to inbound callers and possibly outbound calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on coverages and costs.
• Qualify customers for cross-sell and upselling opportunities.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to process quotes and bind business.
