Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front-line customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in International Business preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn and apply procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Support Import Department in all aspects of Import Traffic activity.
• Manage day-to-day transportation cycle activities; contact drivers for status updates.
• Execute shipments, customer reporting, tracking, and billing.
• Understand customs and freight releases; know whom to contact for resolution.
• Update customer records via Descartes system, ensuring data integrity.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
