Raydar, a seed-stage AI company building bookkeeping and tax-prep software for CPA firms, seeks a Customer Implementation Lead in hybrid San Francisco. You will own the full customer journey from contract signing to daily product use for accounting firms with 5–50 employees.

You will train end users, install software into workflows, triage onboarding issues, and build repeatable implementation processes. This role offers equity and growth in a hands-on, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a customer-facing B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding role.
• Experience training end users and driving adoption.
• Ability to build a repeatable process in ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong ownership, judgment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Scope implementation plans with firm owners and guide customers from contract to daily use.
• Train end users, install software into workflows and aid adoption.
• Triage onboarding issues and coordinate practical resolutions.
• Create repeatable implementation processes and playbooks as the company grows.
• Translate structured customer feedback into input for product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with founders on high-priority customer outcomes.
