BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, part of Elevance Health, seeks an Implementation Coordinator Lead to drive 340B implementation for new accounts and oversee renewal activities. The hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work to support productivity and work-life balance.

The candidate should have a BA/BS in a related field with 5+ years in health insurance, PMP and 340B experience preferred, and TPA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field; 5 years in health insurance preferred.
• PMP designation and 340B experience strongly preferred.
• TPA experience preferred.
• Experience in health benefits/insurance environment.
• Hybrid/office-based role with some travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Project manages new case implementation activities and liaises between Account Management, Sales and customers.
• Ensures timely completion of all implementation deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Builds relationships with new accounts and internal departments (Sales Support, Operations, Underwriting).
• Tracks progress and reports on all implementation phases; identifies improvement opportunities.
