Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, part of the Elevance Health family, seeks an Implementation Coordinator Lead to oversee new account implementations and renewal projects in a hybrid environment. This role requires in-office presence 1–2 days per week and may consider alternate locations within commuting distance.

The position supports collaboration across Account Management, Sales, and Operations, driving timely, accurate implementations, and ongoing process improvements with a focus on 340B programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years in health insurance.
• PMP designation strongly preferred.
• 340B experience strongly preferred.
• TPA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project manages new account implementations and coordinates between Account Management, Sales, Sales Support and customers.
• Ensures completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines to assure timely, accurate implementation.
• Accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the implementation process.
• Develops relationships with new accounts and internal departments such as Sales Support, Operations, Sales, and Underwriting.
• Tracks progress of all functional areas and assists in process improvements.
