Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, part of the Elevance Health family, seeks an Implementation Coordinator Lead to drive new account implementations and oversee renewals. Hybrid role with in-office presence 1–2 days weekly and occasional alternate locations.

Strong PMP, 340B background, and health insurance experience are highly valued. You will coordinate between Account Management, Sales, and customers to ensure timely, accurate plan implementations, while developing tools and best practices for

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; minimum 5 years of experience in health insurance field, or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation strongly preferred
• 340B experience strongly preferred; TPA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation process for new accounts and monitors renewal implementations
• Lorges as liaison between Account Management, Sales, Sales Support and customers to ensure timely, accurate implementation of benefit plans
• Maintains accurate, timely progress tracking across functional areas and communicates status to Director
• Develops tools and best practices to improve installations and performs root cause analysis
• Acts as primary contact between customers to resolve implementation plan design issues and deliverables
• Supports Sales teams in developing prospects and responding to RFPs; participates in finalist meetings
• Leads corporate projects and implements tracking mechanisms for account implementation
