Job summary

UT Austin's OnRamps program seeks a dedicated coordinator to support instructional development and fidelity of course implementation. The role focuses on coordinating professional learning for instructors and sustaining strong internal and external partnerships.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in History or related field and five years of high school teaching experience, with preferred Master’s in History or education and proficiency with Canvas LMS or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in History, education, or related field.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school.
• Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for OnRamps instructors.
• Implements ongoing professional development and learning activities through weekly communication and monthly meetings.
• Uses data to ensure fidelity of implementation of OnRamps courses.
• Facilitates an instructor support system with mentor instructors.
• Engages in special projects supporting OnRamps mission.
