Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Implementation Coordinator - Chemistry to support the OnRamps Chemistry courses and coordinate high-level instructional and professional development services for instructors.

The role involves creating and delivering annual summer, fall, and spring professional learning, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring course fidelity across the state of Texas. This position requires up to 5% travel and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, education, or related field.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers.
• Strong collaboration across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports OnRamps Instructors in implementing courses with fidelity along the OnRamps Four Pillars.
• Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes for OnRamps instructors.
• Leads ongoing professional development through weekly communications and monthly meetings.
• Develops interventions for instructors with implementation challenges.
• Creates data-driven systems to monitor fidelity and engagement.
• Leads mentor-based instructor support across the state.
