Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions. The role involves installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting systems for clients, with hybrid work options for local candidates in Alpharetta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

You will join a team of Project Managers and Senior Consultants, reporting to the Implementation Consultant Manager. Responsibilities include on-site or remote deployment, client training, and ongoing support

Qualifications

Experience delivering and supporting cashless payment and POS solutions.
Ability to install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot systems for clients.
Experience delivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support.

Responsibilities

Independently manage projects and work with a team on technical engagements.
Meet targets for utilization, customer satisfaction, and project forecast accuracy.
Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients.
Provide expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
Coordinate hardware shipments with Project Management.
Configure interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems.
Configure POS devices, menus, and related features.
Work with credit card gateways and payment processors.
