CSL is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Immunology) for a hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA, onsite three days a week. You will lead medical strategy for inline immunology products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance scientific engagement across global markets.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Medical Immunology, you will drive evidence generation, support clinical understanding, and engage with thought leaders and patient groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry experience.
• Experience interacting with commercial functions within healthcare.
• Knowledge of Immunology and global standards/practices.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the medical affairs strategy for the assigned portfolio in line with TA objectives.
• Evaluate trends and opportunities in collaboration with research and regional commercial teams.
• Develop scientific interactions with the medical community, key opinion leaders and patient groups; support investigator-led studies.
• Act as scientific consultant to marketing, commercial and research teams, informing promotional and educational materials.
