Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of combined academic and industry experience relevant to immunology.
• Experience translating findings into early clinical development.
• Strong track record in translational research, biomarker development, and mechanism‑of‑action studies.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee translational biomarker studies and non‑interventional research.
• Lead biomarker discovery, mechanism‑of‑action studies, and target validation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including academic institutions and CROs.
• Provide scientific and operational guidance to R&D programs across preclinical and clinical development.
• Mentor and supervise research scientists and ensure high‑quality research output.
