Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Medical Director, Global Clinical Program Leader - Immunology, in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA. You will lead the Clinical Development Team, ensure safety and data integrity, and drive program strategy in collaboration with PST and TALT.

You will supervise CDP development, author key clinical documents, and oversee regulatory interactions while mentoring a cross-functional CDT across internal and external experts.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD required with board certification or equivalent.
• Extensive clinical development/pharma/regulatory experience essential.
• 3+ years in clinical development leadership and matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide CDT leadership and clinical program strategy alignment.
• Develop and maintain Clinical Development Plans (CDP) with PST/TALT.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across SET, SMT, BRAT, BET, EAST.
• Lead due diligence involvement and external innovation support.
• Ensure GCP/ICH compliance and high-quality safety oversight.
• Publish authoring for TS/CSR and regulatory interactions.
