• Develop quarterly business reviews focused on health, growth, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and requirements.
• Define and execute regional account strategy to drive topline growth.
• Deliver revenues aligned with targets and pursue upsells and new premium offerings.
• Balance customer needs with protecting L&W's commercial interests.
