Job summary

Light & Wonder in New Jersey seeks a Commercial Account Director to own account management, business development, and strategic growth for US iGaming accounts, building executive relationships and aligning internal teams. You will develop a regional commercial strategy, manage onboarding, product updates and transitions, track market trends, and drive topline growth and market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
Eight or more years of account/commercial management experience.
Experience in online gaming and passion for the industry.
Experience developing regional commercial strategy and executive engagement programs.
Strong relationships with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and manage executive relationships with US B2C operators.
Develop an executive engagement cadence with quarterly business reviews.
Champion the customer while aligning internal teams to deliver outcomes.
Track US market trends and stay ahead of industry.
Define and execute a regional account strategy to grow topline revenue.
Deliver client revenues in line with targets and grow via upsells and premium offerings.
Protect commercial interests while balancing client satisfaction.
Develop new business initiatives with existing clients to extend revenues.
Collaborate with Product and Development to respond to client inquiries.
Represent Light & Wonder in iGaming industry and travel to key tradeshows.
Support regional goals by enabling third parties to enter the market.
