Tampa Electric Company is seeking an Identity & Access Analyst to manage user accounts, access reviews, and security controls. The role focuses on maintaining secure access across enterprise systems, ensuring SOX, NERC CIP, PCI, and FERC compliance while supporting RBAC and governance practices.

The position offers a progression path from Level 1 Associate to Senior Analyst, with a mix of office and remote work options within a Cyber Security Operations Center setting in Florida.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Roles include provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and regulatory compliance.
• KSA: Knowledge of Windows, SAP, SQL, and RBAC; strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Respond to security access incidents and resolve basic issues.
• Administer provisioning and deprovisioning of all accounts across enterprise systems.
• Maintain compliance with PCI, FERC, SOX, NERC; enforce access governance controls.
