Job summary

The role focuses on pre- and post-sales activities for building systems and equipment projects, including selections, estimates, proposals, and submittals, with emphasis on on-time, within-scope execution.

The position requires an associate degree in a related field and experience in HVAC systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related technical field with two years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio; Adobe Writer; Windows OS.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support, selections and limited estimating support to Account Execs during project design or proposal phase.
• Supports detailed estimating projects for Account Execs to finalize and present to clients, and prepares proposals and other customer communications.
• Prepares customer proposals and quote letters with project takeoffs, specification review and RFQ/RFI issuance.
• Manages project Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer satisfaction for all projects assigned.
• Coordinates the factory equipment order process to ensure technical and contractual compliance.
• Visits customer sites as required to ensure delivery and acceptance of critical equipment.
