You will perform load calculations, energy modeling, and create CAD drawings using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Trace 700, ensuring compliance with codes and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC system design.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Trace 700).
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy efficiency standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, piping, and controls.
• Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system performance analysis using specialized software.
• Create detailed design drawings, schematics, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly.
• Conduct site visits for inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC installations.
