Qualifications

Proficiency in HVAC design software: Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, HAP.

Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork/piping layout.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and submittals for HVAC systems.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and energy regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor installation and provide on-site support.
Perform energy modeling to optimize performance and reduce costs.
