Albireo Energy is seeking an HVAC controls-oriented Account Executive in the Maryland/DC area. The successful candidate will drive growth by developing relationships with consultants and contractors, and managing the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and project turnover.

This hybrid role demands a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field along with substantial sales experience in building automation systems. The position offers a competitive salary between $100k-$120k, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in building automation.
• Ability to read MEP plans and specifications.
• Understanding of mechanical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Prepare technical proposals for consulting engineers.
• Negotiate pricing with contractors.
• Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Provide sales support for new installations.
