The role involves generating sales, developing client relationships, and preparing technical proposals. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, along with a minimum of 4 years in sales within the building automation arena.

This hybrid role offers a competitive base salary between $100k and $120k, along with uncapped commissions and numerous benefits, including medical, dental, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the building automation field.
• Ability to read and understand MEP plans and specifications.
• Understanding of building HVAC systems and application of controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Prepare technical scope of work proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of work with contractors.
• Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
