Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have project management experience in HVAC controls industry or similar.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and electrical/network/control wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications and establish schedules with the team.
• Own fiscal and managerial oversight for assigned projects.
• Ensure safety requirements are defined and upheld throughout execution.
• Prepare, coordinate, and gain acceptance of engineered submittals.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and materials and participate in cost reviews.
• Contract subcontractors and coordinate activities to align with scope and schedule.
• Conduct orientations for project technicians and provide necessary docs.
• Track resources and progress; pursue change orders when needed.
• Manage billing coordination and project close-out documentation.
