LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for building automation in Columbus, OH. You will oversee projects from handover to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to scope and budget.

You will lead project teams, streamline communications, and monitor financial performance, while coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to meet objectives and drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in building automation/HVAC controls or related technical construction.
• Experience with budgeting, proposal review, design coordination, scheduling, and project accounting.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, DDC systems, controls materials, and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned building automation projects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor project costs.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards are followed across sites.
