Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager for building automation projects in central Ohio with a hybrid remote/in-office arrangement at Worthington. You will coordinate multiple projects from kickoff to close, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee scope, budgets, subcontractors, and resources; review drawings, manage submittals and commissioning; support billing and close-out activities. Strong communication and HVAC project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in HVAC controls or similar field.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, plus electrical/network/control diagrams (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project specifications and create comprehensive schedules with the team.
• Oversee fiscal and managerial aspects for assigned projects, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure safety requirements are defined, communicated, and followed according to Siemens standards.
• Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, data sheets, and system documentation to meet contracts.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and materials and participate in cost reviews.
• Contract subcontractors and coordinate activities to align with scope and schedules.
• Lead orientations for technicians and provide essential project documentation.
• Track resources and progress, document schedule impacts, and pursue change orders.
• Coordinate project billing with accounting and operations, and manage close-out documentation.
