Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing HVAC controls projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry applications; ability to read MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Exposure to Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
• Verbal and written communication skills in English

• Facilitate execution of project plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.
• Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps.
• Guide technical or administrative staff.
• Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plan.
• Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.
• Be responsible for several projects of varying size.
• Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinates needs with the project team.
