The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with energy and problem-solving the keys to success.

• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to uncover customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.
• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and strategic development.
• Identify customer challenges and propose HVAC service, maintenance, retrofit, and energy-saving solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
