Job summary

BME is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Manager to grow our CIM market. This hybrid role blends field sales with remote work, focusing on building relationships with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers to uncover opportunities and close deals.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop pricing strategies, and partner with operations to deliver solutions, with a generous base salary and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC sales or CIM markets.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience selling value-based solutions with cost justification.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop pricing strategies, proposals, maintenance agreements, and service contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Conduct site visits, facility assessments, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and project execution.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasting in Salesforce or CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the CIM HVAC marketplace.
