Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional Health, Safety, and Environment practices on our projects across North America. You will provide expert guidance to operations teams and clients, applying safety management systems with minimal supervision.

You will mentor HSE staff, conduct hazard assessments, investigations, and data analysis, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulations and company programs.

Qualifications

• One or more years of practical experience as an HSE professional; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Formal Occupational Health and Safety education is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Ability to pass pre-access requirements including background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• HSE process guidance to operations on program implementation and emergency response.
• Mentorship and support for HSE Coordinators and Advisors.
• Data collection, reporting, and analysis of safety data to drive improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Support supervisors in injury/illness management and return-to-work programs.
