Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District in White Bear Lake, MN, is seeking a full-time HRIS Analyst to support the Human Resources Department. The role involves maintaining HRIS and related systems, implementing enhancements, and providing training and ongoing support.

3 days per week in-person at the District Office; salary $70,500 to $88,000 with starting salary based on experience. This position offers benefits and opportunities to improve system processes and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Three (3) years experience working with HR business systems.
• Experience with Skyward, Red Rover, and/or Education Advanced preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensures needs of HR/Payroll departments are met through efficient utilization of systems and defined processes; consults with individuals to recommend task distribution and define procedures and best practice.
• Assesses system utilization, identifying areas for added efficiencies and recommending improvements such as training, customization, creation of tools, and enhancements to maximize value of systems and time.
• Prepares reports and presents findings, makes recommendations to HR director and other district leadership.
• Collaborates with business and technology departments and other HR staff to plan, modify and customize the HRIS and test new applications and features.
• Defines processes and prepares training materials, guides, and documentation, as well as ongoing training and support.
